Why we are NOT using WeChat for working with our clients?
WeChat is like WhatsApp but its from China. Most people like to use it as its easy to chat. It’s easy to add someone or send message or file. However, we do not allow WeChat for working due to some important supervision issues. Why do we insist on NO WeChat for working? Let’s explain to you today.

Disturb during private time
Because of the time difference, when its afternoon in Europe, Africa, Middle East, China is already at night. So the staffs are off and having their private time. If you send WeChat message to them, then it could disturb them in some ways. Some staffs would complain about a hard working schedule, if they rest completely at night then it will definitely improve.
Hard to supervise, out of control
If you talk personally with the staff in WeChat, then its not in our supervision. Whether the staff follow our rule or policy, we really not sure. We always try our best to make everyone of us treat our client in a professional, comfortable and friendly way. If they chat with you personally, then its out of our control which is not matching our principle.
Record will disclose with staff’s resignation
If the staff resign, they will bring the chatting record to another company. This is not acceptable especially he/she work in a competitor’s company.
Above are the important points for a better working terms for our clients, that’s why we don’t allow WeChat for working. In order to bring a more professional and better treatment to our client, let’s focus with email, the most professional way.
