How to inspect hotel supplies items before shipping
This article shows how do we inspect the hotel supplies items before export. We count the quantity, check materials, design and sizes etc. To make sure all is correct before loading container.

Item: Caramic dish
Quanity: 13 Cartons
Inspection: We open 50% carton to count quantity. We pick 10pcs from each carton to check design, color and size.

Item: Grinder
Quanity: 1pcs
Inspection: We check the exterior. It turn out to be good. The package, color and design is right. We plug it in to see if it work.

Item: Stainless pot.
Quantity: 2 design, 5pcs each.
Inspection: We pick 2 pcs for each kind of pot to check. The quality and size is same as we ordered.

Item: Glass cup, 4 design.
Quantity: 5 CTN/design. Total 20CTN.
Inspection:
1) we calculate the total quantity
2) open 2 CTN for each item and check them. Every design is correct and good condition.

Item: Chef uniform & Security Uniform
Quantity: 10pcs each.
Inspection: We check each one the logo, size and materials. We measure the size by ruler.

Item: Office chair
Quantity: 5 Cartons.
Inspection: We pick 2 pcs per CTN. The quality look good, all accessories is there.

Item: Curtain
Quantity: 1pcs
Inspection: We check the quantity and color, all accessories are packed in one box.
