Silly questions you should not ask when visiting wholesale market in Guangzhou

In city Guangzhou, there are many different wholesale markets, like clothing market, hotel supplies market, building materials market and furniture market etc.

If you are visiting the wholesale market in Guangzhou and you want to get better feedback on price & quality, then better to let yourself look more experienced. The below questions you should not ask during your visit in the market.

“Yes, of course. We are!”. You will hear every supplier say that if you ask them this question.

In the frank, it is stupid as nobody will ask like that. It seems that it is your first time to visit market. Most of supplier don’t have their own factory, they cooperate with manufacturer which approve supplier changing their company name to “xxx Factory”.

So if you ask “are you a manufacturer” or “Do you have your own factory”, they will always say “Yes!”

Maybe you have a big project and you need a lot of goods, you must want to find a wholesaler with lower price and stronger strength. Then you can cut cost a lot.

In the market all suppliers saying that they are wholesaler even though some of them are the retailers. If they tell you they are retailer, it means their price higher than the others. Why do suppliers do this to refuse order? Of course not.

Tip: It is better to tell supplier the quantity you need as they quote you according to your quantity.

“Yes, of course. We are!”, the same answer, isn’t it?

I can understand that you want to buy high quality product, but pls! don’t ask question like this if you really want to buy good quality product. No matter you buy goods online or in the markets, no supplier will tell you that their product is not good. Everyone loves profit and money, unless the person want to be fired.

“No, you can’t”. At the beginning supplier will ask you to pay deposit so they can keep the product  or price for you, you believed and you paid. Later when you find the design or style does not match with your house unfortunately. But sorry, you can not cancel or you leave your deposit.

Since nobody would like to lose the order or money!

“No! The factory is busy”, actually they don’t have. As first point mentioned the supplier in the market usually do not have their own factory. They certainly won’t take you to the factory.
